This special segment, set up separately from the Seminars segment, is a series of seminars devoted to programs and publications developed for operations management’s consideration in establishing specific attainment goals.

They are a level above the basics in that they provide specific tools for performance development in an on-going organization, not necessarily for the startup operator.

The first, Performance Development Guidebook , contains materials that are appropriate for an entire route operations company, including employees in the office, warehouse and in the field.

There is a scripted meeting of all employees: The Quality Image. The Guidebook encompasses development of job descriptions, tips for holding training meetings, a performance evaluation review and a personal development plan for each employee. A Performance Development Calendar is included for scheduling and keeping track of PDP activities.

It is recommended that the entire Guidebook be printed so that it can be studied prior to its implementation. This file is in PDF configuration, so that if your computer has the Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is readily printed (approximately 17 pages).
